Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to the garments.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a QR code at a designated drop-off point to send the package back to us.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
